. São Luiz Theater is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

. Children under 3 years old are not allowed, except in shows classified for all audiences (Decreto-Lei 23/2014).

. The seats are marked, please respect the assignment.

. Entry after the beginning of the show is not allowed, nor will the value of the ticket be refunded in case of delay.

. If you have to leave the room during the show, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

. Any type of audio or video recording without authorization is not allowed.

. The use of cell phones or other sound devices is not allowed inside the concert hall.

. Eating and/or drinking is not allowed inside the concert hall.

. Smoking is not allowed inside the Theater.

. Programs and rosters may change for unforeseen reasons.

. You must confirm your ticket and change at the time of purchase.

. The ticket must be kept until the end of the show.

. No exchanges or returns in single session shows.

.There’s cafeteria service at the kiosk in front of the Theater’s main door, Tuesday to Sunday from 11 AM to 12 AM.
