Teatro São Luiz is starting a collaboration with the Escola Superior de Dança, which has invited choreographer Tânia Carvalho to direct a show with the students this year. “By integrating, for the first time, the programme of a theatre with a long history in world dance over the last few decades, the Escola Superior de Dança is doing nothing more than fulfilling its natural purpose – to combine teaching, city and culture,” writes its director, Samuel Rego.
