Within the project Linhas de Tensão. Arte, Dança e Ecologia, there are workshops of “possible (and perhaps necessary) things” in 2025, guided by Daniel Tércio in partnership with an artist. The sessions are aimed at stimulating the participants’ creativity to envisage a prospective vision of the near future (2028 will be presented as a chronological target). Using an inclusive perspective, measures and possibilities are imagined for immediate action, and which might be added to actions that are already underway (albeit slowly), such as reducing car circulation inside cities, limiting the size of huge grazing pastures and of the enormous concentrations of cattle to be slaughtered, recycling different kinds of waste, etc. The results of the workshops – which may take place using different formats and media (writing, drawing, projects, “oralitures”, performances, etc.) – will be collected, edited and made available in digital format.

The project is aimed at anyone seeking to reflect in a critical manner about environmental matters, and anyone who is involved or simply interested in artistic creation as a form of action for a sustainable future. The workshop capacity will be 25 places, and they welcome people interested in these subjects who register previously and who are willing to exercise their imagination by debating ideas and taking part in practical exercises.
