Target audience
All people who seek to think critically about environmental issues and who are involved, or simply interested, in artistic creation as a mode of action for a sustainable future; and who are willing to exercise their imagination through brainstorming and practical exercises.
In the project Lines of Tension. Art, Dance and Ecology, this workshop of ‘possible (and perhaps necessary) things’ takes place.
The sessions are designed to stimulate the participants’ creativity with a view to the near future (2028 will be the timeline). From an inclusive point of view, possible actions and things for immediate action are imagined, which could be added to what (albeit slowly) is already being planned, such as reducing car traffic in cities, limiting large grazing areas and huge concentrations of livestock to be slaughtered, recycling different types of rubbish, etc., etc.
The results of the workshop – which can take place in different formats and media (written, drawn, projectual, ‘oralituras’, performative, etc.) – will be collected, edited and made accessible in digital format.
