Tito Lívio takes up residence at the Teatro São Luiz’s Janelão for a series of monthly interviews, inviting major personalities from the fields of theater, cinema, music and culture. Conversations in which they tell us about themselves and where the audience can have their say. Throughout his long career in journalism, interviews have always been Tito Lívio’s greatest pleasure: getting to know the interviewees and, having done his “homework”, making them feel at ease and comfortable right from the start. He has had the privilege of interviewing Robert Benton, Ettore Scola, Maggie Smith, Vittorio Gassman, Giorgio Corsetti, Catherine Deneuve, Claudia Cardinale, Juliette Binoche, Isabel Adjani, Peter Brook, Freddie Mercury, Nana Mouskouri, Juliette Greco, Jessica Lange, Simone, Diogo Vilela, Bibi Ferreira, Fernanda Montenegro and Ney Matogroso, and, in Portugal, José Afonso and Amália Rodrigues, to name but two.
